About me
Mocha is a 2yr old spayed female Shepherd Mix who loves to romp and play. She needs an active family because when she loves to run and a tired dog is a happy dog. When she gets excited or anxious she will chase her tail but quickly stops when instructed. She does lots of growly sounds when she interacts but that is just her way of talking. She is well behaved and already knows basic commands. She enjoys running with other dogs but not sure if she likes cats. I would recommend that she goes to a family with children above 13yrs.She will take possession of a sock, cloth etc and hide it and guard it now that she trusts us she easily lets go of the “prized possession” but likes to growl and make loud noises before giving it up. She has already shown improvement in this area since she has been here. She needs someone to understand her quirky ways and realize that she has a unique way of communicating but it is not meant to be mean or aggressive.
